The 3-piece bamboo cutting board set consists of three cutting boards. Boards measure 9 by 6 by 3/8-inch, 12 by 8-3/4 by 3/8-inch and 15 by 12 by 3/8-inch. For example: bamboo is 16-percent harder than maple, it’s naturally anti-microbial and it’s eco friendly; it holds the promise of a sustainable, cost efficient, and ecologically responsible substitute to the extensive clear cutting of our old growth forests. Totally Bamboo uses organically grown Moso bamboo, so you want not worry concerning harmful pesticides or fertilizers. In addition, this bamboo is not a food source, or a habitat, for the Giant Panda. Totally good for you and totally good for the setting! Boards are simple to preserve. Wash together with warm water and use Totally Bamboo’s Revitalizing Oil, occasionally, to expand the life and keep them looking stunning.

Good for $10, not worth $20 2010-03-20

I got this set of 3 cutting boards for my parents, who were using crappy plastic ones. While these are a step up, they're by no means quality. They're thin, have no grip on the bottom, and even shred their wood a bit. I oiled them religiously (with mineral, or "bamboo" oil, it's the same thing) and the shredding stopped a bit. But I'd never pay $20 for these three; you're better off getting one of the Architec Gripper series (which I personally own and have reviewed). For $10, they were worth it; $20, not so much.
