Description
This flexible bakeware set from the Just Calphalon Nonstick line offers all of the basic tools for home baking. Three cake pans, two 8-inch round and one 9 inch x 13 inch are ideal for baking all kinds of treats from neat angel food cakes to rich fruit cakes. The medium loaf pan will handle all kinds of bread from banana to brioche, the 12 Cup Muffin Pan finished cupcakes and muffins slide out effortlessly and the 10 inch x 15 inch cookie sheet will bake up batch afterwards batch of cookies not including warping. Just Calphalon Nonstick bakeware is intended to provide years of dependable performance. Each pan and cookie sheet is made from heavy-gauge carbon steel, covered together with a thick and durable nonstick coating this eliminates the want for greasing. The heavy weight construction ensures even heating and browning not including hotspots, so cookies bake at the same rate no matter where they are on the sheet, and wire-reinforced rolled edges prevent warping even at high temperatures. The nonstick coating makes Just Calphalon bakeware simple to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher, and each piece is covered by a 10-year warranty.

I love these pans! With that said, I did manage to ruin one. I baked a bread pudding in the square pan. After it cooled I put it into the refrigerator. The nonstick peeled off the pan and stuck to my bread pudding.

Great minds think alike. I bought this set for my daughter for Xmas and oddly she bought the exact same set for me for Xmas.

To begin with I was in love with this set. But I am keeping a close eye on it. It seems that the more I use the pans, items are beginning to stick to the bottoms.

I have never put these in the dishwasher....always washed by hand and dried immediately. I have also never used any type of cooking spray on them as I find this tends to ruin pans and make them impossible to clean.

I am hoping this doesn't become a problem in the future, as I really do like the set. It seems well constructed and well worth the money. My pans are calphalon also and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Cake pans are small ones and so are the bread pans...not full size.

Liked the set bought another on; they are a little smaller than usual; but nothing sticks; and they always come out of the dishwasher completly clean.

After buying this item for my daughter and seeing how nice it is, I am going to buy a set for myself. Things just slip of the cookie sheet, breads come out of the bread pan with ease, and you don't need muffin liners for the muffin tin. Fantastic set
