Bubble up a creamy polenta together with gorgonzola or sauté chicken breasts, stuffed together with brie and prosciutto, in this 11-inch Everything pan. From Circulon's new Infinite line of cookware, the flexible pan lives up to its name. The broad span of the pan accommodates all the applications of a sauté pan, while the more depth permits soups and sauces. Oven- safe up to 500 degrees F, the Everything pan particularly suits dishes this cook together on the stovetop and in the oven, like fritattas or a potato galette.

Circulon crafted the open pann in durable hard-anodized aluminum together with a fully-encapsulated stainless-steel base for premium heat convection and thorough insulation. The hi-low wave technology distributes even heat, while nonstick coating of the pan's exterior and interior ensures hassle-free cooking and cleaning. The chef transfers the pan by two cast stainless-steel loop handles, riveted securely to its sides. Another loop handle sits atop the pan's stainless-steel lid. Unlike other hard-anodized cookware, the distinctive nonstick exterior renders the pan dishwasher- safe. A limited lifetime warranty covers this product. I just love this PAN ...yup sounds weird BUT
I DO LOVE IT and use this EVERY SINGLE DAY
I have roasted,sauteed, baked you name it this
pan might be the best purchase in my kitchen.
This cleans beautifully all the time and surely
that is a big factor///evenly heats and just all
around versatile, also low enough that it can be
placed on table and serve from it.
Every kitchen should have this shaped pan

I like this pan - use it almost everyday. It is a little lighter in weight, but that doesn't seem to hurt the performance at all. I reach for this pan almost everyday! It is wonderful for cooking eggs or whatever you want. Like all Circulon, there is no stick, even browning and wonderful cleanup! You just can't ask for more in cookware. The handles (do get hot-but not a problem for me) make it very convenient to use on the stovetop. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the handles that heat up.

Intermediate size is good for small dinners. Nonstick is nonstick. Light, but no issue with hotspots on a gas range. Left off a star because can't comment on durability, as we have only had it for a couple of weeks.
